These terms govern your use of DegenDock including all order types (Market, Limit, DCA, Unified Position), deposits, withdrawals, and AI-powered features. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. By using any trading feature you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
By accessing and using DegenDock, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. DegenDock is a decentralized trading platform providing access to DeFi markets. You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Market orders execute immediately at the best available price. Execution price may differ from quoted price due to price impact, slippage, and market volatility. By placing a market order you accept the final executed price. DegenDock is not liable for unfavorable execution prices.
Limit orders execute when the market price reaches your specified target price. There is no guarantee that a limit order will be filled. Partial fills may occur. Limit orders remain open until filled, cancelled, or expired. Market conditions may prevent execution even when the target price is reached due to liquidity constraints, rapid price movements, or technical issues. DegenDock charges a 0.25% fee on all executed limit orders.
DCA orders split a total investment into multiple smaller purchases executed at regular intervals. Each sub-order is an independent transaction subject to its own slippage and fees. The total number of executed orders may differ from planned if insufficient balance is available at execution time. DCA does not guarantee profit or reduce maximum possible loss — it only spreads investment risk over time. You may cancel a DCA order at any time; executed sub-orders are not refundable.
The Unified Position feature combines multiple trades on the same token into a single position view with a calculated average entry price. Enabling Unified Position changes how your P&L and average buy price are calculated. Merging positions is irreversible and may affect tax reporting. You are solely responsible for accurate tax calculation and reporting. DegenDock does not provide tax advice.
Deposits are processed to your designated DegenDock wallet address unique to your account. Sending funds to the wrong address will result in permanent loss of those funds. DegenDock is not responsible for user error in deposit addresses. Non-native token deposits may be automatically swapped to SOL via Jupiter DEX at prevailing market rates. DegenDock is not responsible for slippage on auto-swaps. Minimum deposit is 0.01 SOL equivalent. Processing time is typically 1-5 minutes on Solana, 5-20 minutes on Ethereum.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours. By submitting a withdrawal you confirm the destination wallet address is correct. Transactions to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed. DegenDock may hold withdrawals for security review. We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on network conditions.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Digital assets are highly volatile and can experience extreme price swings in short periods. DeFi protocols may have smart contract vulnerabilities, rug pull risks, or liquidity crises. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. Seek independent financial advice before trading.
Premium AI Calls and signals are generated by machine learning models trained on historical data. They do not constitute financial advice. AI signals have historically achieved accuracy rates between 55-85% but past accuracy does not guarantee future performance. AI signals may be delayed, inaccurate, or based on incomplete data. You assume full responsibility for any trading decisions based on AI signals.
DegenDock is not liable for: losses due to market conditions, smart contract bugs, third-party API failures (DexScreener, Jupiter, Changelly), blockchain network issues, price oracle failures, delayed order execution, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to DegenDock in the 30 days preceding the claim.
DegenDock stores wallet addresses and transaction history to provide platform services. We do not sell user data to third parties. Wallet addresses and transaction data may be analyzed for security, AML compliance, and platform improvement. By using the platform you consent to this data processing.
These terms are governed by applicable international digital asset regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits are waived. You agree to DegenDock's jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to platform use.
By placing any order on DegenDock you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
